Section 179-8-7 - Mandatory Contract Notification7.1. The Commission may direct a licensee or applicant to cancel any contract, purchase order or transaction relating to table games operations that the Commission determines does not comply with the Act and this rule. A contract relating to table games that is entered into by a casino licensee shall contain a provision permitting the casino licensee to terminate the contract if the Commission determines that the contract does not comply with the Act or this rule.7.2. A casino licensee shall include a contract described in this rule in the quarterly and annual reports submitted under this rule.
