Section 179-8-130 - Petition for Removal From Exclusion List130.1. A person who has been placed on any exclusion list may petition the Commission, in writing, and request that his or her name be removed from the exclusion list.130.2. The provisions of West Virginia Code § 29A-5-1 et seq. and the West Virginia Lottery's Administrative Appeals Procedures rule 179CSR2 apply to protests of exclusion under this section.W. Va.
