Section 179-4-97 - Approval of Non-Tested Video Lottery Terminals and Games for Specific Non-Gaming Purposes and For Limited Periods Of Time

For the limited purpose of allowing an untested video lottery terminal or video lottery game into West Virginia for non-gaming functions such as trade shows, demonstrations for the Lottery and like functions, the Director may approve the video lottery terminal or game. The time frame for the approval may not exceed thirty days.
