Section 179-2-7 - Submission on Briefs and Record7.1. With the approval of the commission or the hearing examiner, the petitioner's or the petitione's duly authorized representative may waive the right to a hearing and agree to submit the case for decision upon the petition and record, with or without a written brief. Waivers and agreements must be in writing or upon the record.
