Section 178-6-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule specifies the procedure for hearings conducted before the Boards of Stewards, the Boards of Judges and the West Virginia Racing Commission.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 19-23-6(3).
