Section 178-2-33 - Workers' Compensation

33.1. All occupational permit holders who are employers shall carry workers' compensation insurance covering their employees, unless exempted by state law. Occupational permit holders shall produce proof of coverage or, if applicable, a letter of exemption from die West Virginia Insurance Commissioner, upon the request of die association or die judges.
