Section 175-3-8 - Enforcement8.1. Samples required. -- Every farm winery licensee shall, upon demand of the Commissioner, furnish, without cost to the Commissioner, samples of any wines upon its premises for purposes of analysis.8.2. Suspension or revocation of license. -- The license of a farm winery may be suspended or revoked upon proof of violation of any of the provisions of this rule, as provided by the laws of this State.8.3. Seizure of substandard and imitation wine. -- Imitation, substandard or misbranded wine offered for sale in violation of this rule may be seized and disposed of, as provided by the laws of this State.8.4. Every farm winery is subject to the penalties available to the Commissioner under W. Va. Code § 60-8-1 et seq.
