Section 167-1-1 - General1.1. Scope and Purpose. -- This legislative rule establishes guidelines to be used by the Council in evaluating any request by a project sponsor for funding assistance for the planning, design, acquisition, or construction of water and waste water projects and the funding of all or any part of the projects through the Infrastructure Fund.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 31-15A-4, 31-15A-5 and 31-15A-10.1.3. Filing Date. -- March 28, 2014.1.4. Effective Date. -- April 28, 2014.
