Section 162-9-1 - General1.1. Scope. - This Rule addresses the general administrative procedures, the processes by which a member of the retirement plans for the West Virginia State Police may apply for and be granted state disability retirement, and the manner in which appeals from the disability determinations of the Consolidated Public Retirement Board and other appeals may be presented for administrative resolution.1.2.
