Section 162-6-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This series of rules sets forth the procedure to be followed by the West Virginia Consolidated Public Retirement Board for the appointment of representatives from each of the seven (7) defined benefit plans administered by the Consolidated Public Retirement Board to the West Virginia Investment Management Board as required by W.
