Scope. - This rule addresses the processes by which a member of the retirement systems administered by the West Virginia Consolidated Public Retirement Board may apply for and be granted disability retirement, and the manner in which appeals from the disability determinations of the Board and other appeals may be presented for administrative resolution.1.2.
