Section 158-10-4 - Ballot Issue

West Virginia Ethics Commission members may not participate in a political campaign except to vote on or make political contributions relating to a ballot issue regarding:

a. a bond issue

b. a levy

c. a referendum, or

d. a constitutional amendment.
