Section 157-4-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- These procedural rules and regulations relate to the purchase and disposal of materials, equipment and supplies.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 17-24-8, 14, 15, 24 and 35.

1.3. Filing Date. -- August 22, 2007.

1.4. Effective Date. -- September 22, 2007.
