Section 153-45-8 - Authorized Electronic Notarial Acts

8.1. The following notarial acts may be performed electronically:

8.1.1. Taking an acknowledgment;

8.1.2. Administering an oath or affirmation;

8.1.3. Witnessing or attesting a signature;

8.1.4. Certifying or attesting a copy; and

8.1.5. Noting a protest of a negotiable instrument.
