Section 153-29-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes the requirements for filing applications with the Secretary of State, for the approval of registration trademarks and service marks, and for the re----------newal, assignment, modification and cancellation of registration of those marks.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '47-2-10.

1.3. Filing Date. -- June 12, 1997.
