Section 153-26-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule relates to the forms prescribed for use in all elections conducted in the State of West Virginia pursuant to W. Va. Code '3-1-1, et seq.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '3-1A-6.

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 22, 1996.

1.4. Effective Date. -- June 1, 1996.
