Section 153-6-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes the processes for filing and formatting legislative, legislative-exempt, procedural, interpretive, emergency rules and related documents in the Secretary of State's office, and processes for filing other documents for publication in the State Register.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code ''29A-2-6(c), 29A-2-7 et. seq.1.3. Filing Date. -- March 29, 2019.1.4. Effective Date. -- March 29, 20191.5. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on March 29, 2029.1.6. Repeal and Replace. -- This legislative rule repeals and replaces WV 153CSR6 "Standard Size and Format For Rules and Procedures for Publication of the State Register or Parts of the State Register" filed March 26, 1996 and effective June 7, 1996.
