Section 153-3-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This rule governs the procedures necessary for implementation and processing of voter registration applications at and from the West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles.1.2. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force and effect on August 1, 2027.
