Section 15-15-9 - Whistleblower protection9.1 A permit or license holder of the Board who is found to be in violation of 11 (c) CFR 1977.3 or §6C-1 known as the "Whistle-blower law" may be subject to disciplinary action by the Board.9.2 Nothing in this Section shall be deemed to diminish the rights, privileges, or remedies of an employee of a pharmacy under any other federal or State law, rule, or regulation or under any employment contract.
