Section 15-13-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes the requirements for charitable clinic pharmacies to operate in West Virginia to prepare and dispense prescriptions to patients of the clinics in this State.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 30-5-14 and 30-5-19.

1.3. Filing Date. -- June 9, 2009.

1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 2009.
