Section 15-11-6 - Prescriptions for Schedule V Pseudoephedrine Products6.1. Schedule V pseudoephedrine products that are dispensed pursuant to a valid prescription are exempt from the reporting required by this Rule, and by West Virginia Code Chapter 60A, Article 10, and are subject to the requirements of non-scheduled prescription drugs. Any product that is dispensed by prescription shall be provided in a container that is supplied by the pharmacy and shall be labeled with the information required on a prescription label.
