Section 15-10-3 - Board of Directors3.1. The Board of Directors shall consist, at a minimum, of the following: 3.1.a. Six licensed pharmacists various practice settings and state regions, a minimum of two shall be past clients of the WVPRN in recovery, or if not past clients of the WVPRN, otherwise be in recovery from alcohol or drug dependency or other mental impairment;3.1.b. One pharmacy technician actively registered with the Board; and3.1.c. One actively licensed intern from each ACPE accredited school of pharmacy located in the state.
