Section 15-8-5 - Accuracy of Information Transmitted5.1. Information shall be reported accurately. If the reporting individual or entity discovers that information contained in the central repository is not accurate, he or she shall make the necessary corrections and resubmit the correct information as soon as possible, but in no event longer than 7 days after the discovery of the inaccurate reporting.
