Section 15-5-9 - Minimum Requirements for Third-Party Logistics Providers and Manufacturers for the Storage and Handling of Prescription Drugs and for the Establishment and Maintenance of Prescription Drug Records9.1. Third-party logistics providers and manufacturers shall meet the minimum requirements for the storage and handling of prescription drugs, and for the establishment and maintenance of prescription drug distribution records as required by the Federal Food and Drug Administration.
