Scope. -- To establish rules for the federal Drug Quality and Security Act, and Prescription Drug Marketing Act, as amended, for the licensing by this state of persons who engage in wholesale distributions, provision of third-party logistics, and manufacturing, of prescription drugs in interstate commerce within and into this state.1.2. Authority. - W. Va. Code § 60A-8-9.1.3. Filing Date. -- May 11, 20211.4. Effective Date. -- June 11, 20211.5. Sunset Date -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect upon June 11, 2031.
