Section 15-1-10 - Drug Product Selection and Substitution10.1. The Board adopts the drug products in the Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations published by the Food and Drug Administration, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, (commonly called the "Orange Book") with "AA", "AB", "AN", "AO", "AP", or "AT" ratings and any authorized generics as acceptable products for generic substitution as required by W. Va. Code § 30-5-12b. The Board may approve drug products not listed in the Orange Book as acceptable products for generic substitution upon submission of a written request to the Board.
