Section 148-18-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes standards and procedures for recipients of state funds and grants to account for the manner in which those funds are spent.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '12-4-14.

1.4. Effective Date. -- May 1, 2007.
