Section 146-4-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- These legislative rules regulate the employment of election workers and regular campaign staff, rate of payment, method of payment, reporting requirements and forms utilized for compliance. These legislative rules apply to all municipal, county, state or national elections conducted in this State.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va.
