Section 143-2-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule implements the provisions set forth in W. Va. Code '29-6-27 regarding a voluntary annual leave donation program for state employees.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '29-6-27.

1.3. Filing Date. -- May 20, 1996.

1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 1996.
