This regulation is applicable to all elements of the West Virginia National Guard (Army and Air). Fxmds to support the program will be appropriated annually by the West Virginia Legislatiu-e. Continuation of the program is contingent upon annual appropriations being made by the Legislatiu-e for this express purpose.
