DCSPA has proponent responsibility for this regulation and recommendations for changes will be submitted to him. Individuals preparing official correspondence will insure the proper distribution code is used. Publications are to be distributed on a need-to-know basis. In the event the formulas contained herein do not meet a distribution requirement, use of a modified or "Special" distribution formula (para 3b and 4, below) may be used.
