Section 141-72-2 - Purpose:

a. To establish a Financial Management System within the T-JVARNG for development, preparation, review and management of the State Operating Budget.

b. To designate the Program Budget Advisory Committee (PBAC) and Program) Managers to coordinate planning and management of financial resources.

c. To designate the Working Program Budget Advisory Committee (WPBAC) and Activity Managers to control financial resources.
