Section 141-59-1 - PURPOSE

This regulation establishes the Aviation Safety Program for the State of West Virginia. It prescribes the policies, procedures, responsibilities and guidelines for planning, organization, coordinating and controlling:

a. An adequate and rapid aircraft accident reporting system.

b. A continuous and effective aircraft accident prevention program.
