The Supply Officer shall have charge of procurement of supplies and ammunition, will supervise the ammo details for each range, and see that all supplies and equipment needed on the ranges are present. (Messing and billeting will be arranged by HD WVSTARC, or as announced annually in AGD-WV memo).
