A RO will be appointed by the match director to operate both the rifle and pistol ranges. The R 0 will have general supervision of the operation, supply and maintenance of their range during the matches; will insure that the range is in satisfactory condition prior to the matches; and will establish and conduct such schools for range personnel and/or shooters as deemed necessary.
