This staff section performs the functions associated with operating, maintaining, repairing and constructing real property facilities; and managing natural resources. The staff officer provides environmental assessments and prepares environmental impact statements relating to the preservation, protection and enhancement of the environment; responsible for the activity of the Post Engineers (State Employees), organizational maintenance of engineer equipment, fire prevention and protection, refuse collection and disposal, and supply and storage of engineer equipment and other miscellaneous engineering services, to include civilian contracted equipment.
