This staff section performs the Army's traditional SI functions (FM101-5) for the ATS. THE PCA has the primary staff responsibility for all the "people programs" designed to enhance morale and promote readiness. The staff officer is responsible for and advises the ATS commander on matters pertaining to Camp Dawson community affairs, families, education, personnel and administrative operations and moral, welfare and recreation (MWR) business operations.
