Section 141-42-2 - ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

a. Minimum of five (5) years of service.

b. Minimum rank of E-5.

c. Maximum rank of E-7.

d. Not a previous winner of the award.

e. Attended most recent AT period and received credit for 44 of the last 48 unit training assemblies (No Unsatisfactory Participation).

f. Nominated by Commander and Command Sergeant Major.

g. Selected by screening board.
