The West Virginia Military Academy is established as a continuing unit of the West Virginia Army National Guard under Sections 504 and 505 of Title 32, United States Code, by authority of the National Guard Bureau, NGR 351-5, and the Governor of West Virginia, General Orders No. 10, AGD, dated 1 July 1958.
