Section 141-34-4-4 - Annual Workplace Inspections

Executive Order 11807 and 29 CFR, parts 1960.26 and 1969.27 require that all work places, including offices, be inspected at least once annually. The State Safety Officer will certify the annual inspections to the ARNG Safety Office not later than 15 days following the close of the calendar year.
