Section 141-34-3-1 - State Reports and Records Requirements

Major commands will:

a. Supplement this regulation to the extent necessary to implement the reporting requirements stated in this regulation. Implementing instruction will define procedures that will ensure the expeditious reporting of accidents, accuracy and completeness of reports and the timely submission of all accident reports and related reports prescribed by AR385-4O, NGR 385-10 and this regulation.
b. Assure that subordinate commanders provides timely and accurate input to the office responsible for the Worker's Compensation Program in accordance with Chapter 4 of NGR 385-10 and this regulation.
