The West Virginia Military Academy is responsible for the operation of the RCNCOES courses. The courses are conducted under the direction of the Deputy Commandant NCOES, who is responsible to the Commandant, WVMA. The WVMA is under the direct supervision of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations DCSOPS), WVARNG.
