Section 135-8-3 - Institution Eligibility3.1. Only West Virginia public community and technical colleges and West Virginia public baccalaureate institutions that have a signed program participation agreement are eligible to participate in the West Virginia Invests Grant Program.3.2. Beginning with the 2021 fiscal year, only those eligible institutions in Section 3.1. of this rule that have one or more partnerships that establish Advanced Career Education (ACE) programs and pathways are eligible to participate in the West Virginia Invests Grant Program.
