Section 133-63-4 - Application Process

4.1. The applicant must apply to the Mental Health Loan Repayment Program using an application form provided by the Senior Director of Health Sciences.

4.2. Applicants for participation in the Mental Health Loan Repayment Program shall submit their applications by the deadline established by the Senior Director of Health Sciences. Applications must be complete and received by the deadline in order for the applicant to be considered for an award.
