Section 133-20-14 - Annual Reauthorization14.1. The Higher Education Policy Commission shall monitor institutional academic quality, an institution's financial viability, and compliance with the provisions of this rule and West Virginia laws with respect to consumer protection and other matters of state oversight. A reauthorization application must be submitted to the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission by November 1 according to the guidelines outlined in Series 52, Annual Reauthorization of Degree-Granting Institutions.W.
