Section 133-18-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule governs assignment of academic credit and financing noncredit instruction.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '18B-1B-4.

1.3. Filing Date. -- May 22, 2002.

1.4. Effective Date. -- June 22, 2002.

1.5. Repeals and replaces Title 128, Series 50, and Title 131, Series 50 dated September 11, 1979.
