Section 133-8-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes policy in a number of areas regarding personnel administration for the Higher Education Policy Commission employees.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 18B-1-6, 18B-1-8, 18B-9-4.

1.3. Filing Date. -- October 22, 2001.

1.4. Effective Date. -- November 22, 2001.
