Section 127-5-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- These rules and regulations govern band and other West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission sanctioned activities.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Repeal of Former Rule. -- This legislative rule amends W. Va. 127CSR5, West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission Series 5, Band Activities, filed August 10, 2018, and effective October 9, 2018.
