Section 126-150-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule provides for the county boards of education to annually provide for the study of multicultural education during at least one noninstructional day of the school term.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '18-5-15a.

1.3. Filing Date. -- December 27, 1982.

1.4. Effective Date. -- February 27, 1983.

1.5. Repeal of Former Rule. -- None -This was a new policy.
