Section 126-111-3 - Conditions of Employment3.1 Effective August 15, 1983, any person employed in a prevocational exploration cluster must hold a valid license endorsed in the appropriate prevocational exploration cluster.3.2 Any individual who was assigned to provide instruction in a prevocational exploration program during the 1982-83 school year may be issued an endorsement in prevocational exploration provided he/she: a. holds the appropriate prerequisite certification as specified in this policy for the approved cluster in which instruction is provided/b. is employed in the appropriate cluster for the 1984-85 school year,c. has completed by September 1, 1385, a minimum of one state approved training workshop related to principles and practices for teaching prevocational exploration,d. the state supervisor of prevocational education verifies the teacher's attendance at the state approved training workshop, and e. the county superintendent recommends the issuance of the endorsement on the basis of the teacher's successful performance.3.3 Applications under this provision must be filed with the Office of Educational Personnel Development not later than November 1, 1985.3.4 Any new employee in prevocational exploration beginning with the 1983-84 school year must complete the state approved teacher education . program in prevocational exploration. To qualify for a permit, a person holding a Professional Certificate in a prerequisite endorsement employed in a prevocational exploration cluster who has not completed the approved program must:a. file an application for the prevocationa! exploration endorsement (l-TP-T),b. file a Professional Commitment (l-TP-25) indicating enrollment in a state approved teacher education program leading to the prevocationa! exploration endorsement,c. have the recommendation of the employing county superintendent, andd. have- the recommendation of the designated official at the institution of higher education where the program is being completed.W.
